Working atmosphere and developing new talent

For us, every employee matters, irrespective of gender or nationality. A flat structure and friendly, respectful interaction promote team spirit and motivation. In addition, the "green islands" in our production halls and a green space in which to enjoy the open air provide a working environment in which every member of staff can relax and replenish their reserves of energy during their breaks.

We are actively committed to developing the next generation of staff in a responsible way and we are regularly involved in training specialist staff, so that we can live up to today's high quality standards tomorrow, too.
